After years creating powerful choreographies inspired in famous painting, choreographer Enrique Cabrera, returns to its roots with PLAY, this piece has its origin in the most distinguished children’s features: fun and game.
Freedom, enjoyment and the simple passion for playing are the basics of this work. Five dancers with quirky costumes and objects carried us to our inner child. There are no specific inspirations, the show is a white canvas where everything is possible.
From a relaxed and playful version of Swan Lake to a triumphal celebration of tap dance by a unique troupe of stuffed dogs from a seeming childhood nightmare.
