Llum de Fideu begins to take shape within the acting studies at the Institut del Teatre of Barcelona, where Anna and Marc present some works together and feel that they share a close way of seeing theatre and life.

The company became known in the professional field with the presentation of the first embryonic excerpts of Sfumato in the Embrions 2021 program of the Contemporary Creation Festival Escena  Poblenou, where they had a great reception.

The piece finally premiered at the Mercè Arts de Carrer Festival in Barcelona in September 2022, subsequently passing through many relevant Catalan, Spanish Festivals across 2023, 2024 and 2025.

With Sfumato the company has won the Best Show award at the International Festival of Theatre and Street Arts of Valladolid—TAC (2024), the Best Street Arts Show at the Mostra d’Igualada (2024), the “Discovery company” award at the Ramonville Festival (2023), and it was in the XXV Critics’ Awards of Catalonia (2022). The show premiered in France at the prestigious festival Chalon dans la Rue 2024 and it has been presented in many other relevant festivals in Europe since then.

In September 2026, the company presented its second creation, AQUÍ (Here), in Fira Tàrrega, where it received the Award for Best Street Arts Premiere of FiraTàrrega (2026).
