November started out strong for IKEBANAH, with three of our companies touring internationally (Jordan, Japan, Belgium and The Netherlands) while we will host the Spanish premiere of MISSING by the British company Gecko at Festival de Otoño in Madrid.



GECKO premieres MISSING in Spain


The British company, specialized in physical theatre and mouvement, premieres his most cheered play, MISSING, at Festival de Otoño a Primavera 2017 in Spain.

We will see them from 16th to 18th of November at Sala Roja of Teatros del Canal at 8:30pm everyday.

The première is supported by the British Council in Spain.

According to the press, Whats on Stage: "With this impeccable production, Gecko has created a wonderful and beautiful journey on roller coaster through the dark world of memory."


El Patio Teatro in Belgium with A Mano

After a few months of break and rehearsals of their new show, EL PATIO TEATRO is back to play A MANO with an intense tour in Belgium and The Netherlands, which wil take them to 7 different cities from 3rd to 19th November.

The company will stop their touring in December to be focused on the creation of the new piece. A MANO will be back in European stages at the end of January with performances in France.




Teatre Animal and Xirriquiteula, between Jordan and Japan

Both companies have just returned from their tours to Jordan and Japan where they premiered their shows with great success.





Teatre Animal performed LIKE CAT AND DOG in Amman at Haya Cultural Centre captivating Jordan children and adults from 2nd to 4th November.





Xirriquiteula fascinated Japanese audiences at Matsué Forest Festival in Yakumo with their universal GIRAFFES from 1st to 5th November.
